Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute inventory management and cycle counting protocols
- Maintain detailed equipment inspection logs and safety documentation
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for real-time order processing
- Train new hires on OSHA compliance and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
