Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for scheduling and coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train new team members on equipment operations and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
