Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate shipping/receiving schedules with remote team members
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO compliance
- Complete digital paperwork via remote portal for documentation
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via video conferencing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during on-site operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore facility (2 days/week)
