Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, label printers, and scanners
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory records
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in weekly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience
- Proficient with barcode scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for occasional errands
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Saint Paul facility (2 days/week)
