Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyor systems) safely
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records via digital systems
- Collaborate with remote team members for real-time order updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proficient with digital inventory management tools
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote workdays
