Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label e-commerce orders according to specifications
- Operate virtual inventory management systems via our cloud platform
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate packing records in our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with remote team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions on new processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols for remote packing operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months packing/warehouse experience
- Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly with proper ergonomics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace with climate control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
