Responsibilities
- Operate automated sorting systems and material handling equipment with precision
- Manage inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking tools
- Optimize order fulfillment workflows to meet/exceed productivity metrics
- Maintain pristine work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling high-value inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
