- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor belts
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Update inventory databases in real-time using our cloud-based platform
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Proficient with basic computer applications (email, inventory software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility (3 days/week on-site)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
