Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Jersey City facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
