Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders with precision using our optimized packing systems
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
