Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain warehouse accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments with proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas facility
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends (no overnight shifts)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
