Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed shipping/receiving documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Adhere to quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
