Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Participate in remote training sessions and digital performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio facility
- Basic computer skills for remote onboarding tasks
