Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with remote team via Slack for inventory updates
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in warehouse environment
- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions
- Support inventory reconciliation via remote reporting tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficient with mobile scanning technology (RF scanners)
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Basic computer literacy for remote admin tasks
