Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time data accuracy
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital platforms for task prioritization
- Optimize picking routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Train on new warehouse automation technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory management software
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ order accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote communication
- Valid Maryland driver's license for equipment operation
- Pass background check and drug screening
