Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment preparation
- Apply shipping labels and packaging materials according to specifications
- Maintain organized inventory zones and follow safety protocols
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, scales)
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with error prevention mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to NW DC location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
