Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using our digital inventory system
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including scanners, scales, and box sealers
- Maintain organized storage areas and update inventory records
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Proficient with handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection for remote coordination
