Responsibilities

- Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Update inventory systems in real-time using our digital platform
- Maintain organized packing stations and supplies
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (if hybrid option available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license for potential local supply runs
