Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant) and 1+ years of experience
- Ability to read and interpret warehouse layouts, shipping documents, and inventory reports
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate machinery for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Proven track record of safety compliance and accident-free operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
