Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA and safety protocols
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support physical inventory audits and stock rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid state ID for equipment operation training
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift hours (if applicable)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
