Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements across multiple warehouse locations
- Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate digital records in our WMS system
- Communicate with warehouse teams and vendors to resolve logistical issues in real-time
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for operational analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Support cycle count reconciliation and inventory accuracy initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or inventory databases
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
