Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time via remote systems and coordinate with on-site teams to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze shipping data and optimize logistics routes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, documenting any issues remotely.
- Manage and process purchase orders, verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Train and support warehouse staff on new software and operational procedures.
- Generate and review daily operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
