We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our innovation labs and define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite. Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines tailored for the 2026 era of AI.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models for real-time, low-latency inference.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluating their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into cloud environments (AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
