Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures, focusing on next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and quantum-enhanced computing solutions.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experimental projects exploring emerging paradigms in neural networks, such as neuro-symbolic AI and self-evolving algorithms.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to handle petabyte-scale datasets with zero-latency requirements.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in all automated decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the 2026 product vision and translate technical goals into actionable engineering milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in specialized AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or access to quantum hardware environments is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and delivering high-impact technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
