Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, production-grade generative AI models tailored for enterprise needs.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge NLP techniques, including fine-tuning and instruction tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with global AI regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and tokenization strategies.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
