- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on neural network optimization and generative AI capabilities for the 2026 roadmap.
- Scalability: Ensure systems are built to scale efficiently across distributed cloud environments, handling millions of transactions with low latency.
- Tech Stack Definition: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment pipelines within the AI division.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering strategies.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization to maximize hardware efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- System Design: Strong experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
