Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for AI adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to drive innovation.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI models in production environments.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning.
- Optimize model inference and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LLMs and Large Language Model fine-tuning is highly desirable.
