Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 AI infrastructure initiative.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architecture review process for all machine learning products and services.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
