The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our core AI models. You will work closely with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to ensure our systems are not only powerful but also resilient against emerging threats.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the migration of legacy models to the next-generation inference engine.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for real-time processing.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethics, and security compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects within the technical squad.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Experience with neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability patterns.
