- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology advancements
- Present executive-level strategic briefings on future scenarios and competitive positioning
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
- Oversee patent strategy and IP development for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Deep technical knowledge in AI, quantum computing, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or IF)
- Experience leading global teams in technology strategy and R&D environments
