Key Objectives:
- Architect scalable deep learning infrastructure.
- Lead R&D in Generative AI and NLP.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary machine learning algorithms optimized for high-frequency data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive Project 2026 milestones.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Oversee infrastructure scaling to support billions of concurrent AI interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Neuromorphic computing and Large Language Models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
