Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks that balance innovation with ethical responsibility
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation labs and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026-relevant experience
