Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for generative models.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 'Project 2026' roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, LLMs, and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for ethical AI and responsible machine learning practices.
