Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning systems for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience deploying large-scale LLMs and generative AI models.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
