Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for the 2026 Strategic Initiative.
- Lead the architecture of data pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
- Optimize existing models for improved performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale ML systems to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
