Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance neural network models tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive AI integration.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for edge computing environments.
- Implement robust data pipelines and MLOps strategies to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning.
- Lead code reviews and establish technical best practices within the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
