Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Define data pipelines and MLOps strategies to streamline model training and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers to integrate classical and quantum algorithms.
- Optimize model inference speeds to meet strict latency requirements for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and AI ethics.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative features for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
