Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network infrastructures for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready models.
- Define best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms to improve computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize inference on next-gen silicon.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership.
- Mentor and cultivate talent within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems engineering.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
