Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure designed to support 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and NLP advancements.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Evaluate and select the optimal tech stack for long-term scalability and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
