Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- System Optimization: Tune and optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference in real-time environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to safeguard neural networks against adversarial attacks and data breaches.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing components into existing classical AI workflows.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
