Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on LLMs and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
