Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the 2026 Protocol, ensuring it meets enterprise-grade security and performance standards.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research into novel neural network architectures and quantum-computing integration strategies to enhance model efficiency.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference and massive throughput across distributed edge environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement frameworks to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and adherence to emerging regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Quantum Savvy: Familiarity with quantum computing principles and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms is highly desirable.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record deploying scalable solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical roadmaps from conception to deployment.
