Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure optimized for latency and throughput.
- Design multi-modal neural networks capable of processing text, audio, and visual data in real-time.
- Lead the integration of privacy-preserving AI techniques, including Federated Learning and Differential Privacy.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and researchers to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize inference on next-gen AI accelerators.
- Define the technical roadmap for The 2026 Stack and ensure compatibility with future quantum computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern C++ for high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
