Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning models and NLP architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLMs to propose innovative features.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding model selection, training strategies, and deployment architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong command of software engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
