What You Will Do
We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge neural architectures and large language models.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Deployment Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex system issues and optimize database performance.
