Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead technical strategy for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering.
- Implement robust security protocols to safeguard proprietary neural network models.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code using Python, C++, and Rust.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
