Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning

- Identify emerging tech disruptions through market scanning and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or sustainable energy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
