Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the R&D roadmap focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and Predictive Analytics for the 2026 timeframe.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and ethical AI usage.
- mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with MLOps and model versioning tools (MLflow, Airflow).
