Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, reasoning capabilities, and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing products.
- Optimize model inference speed and cost-efficiency for production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and natural language processing techniques.
