Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive AI technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from ideation and research to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
